Braun Series 521, Series 549 Parts Information 
On some of the newer Braun shavers you will find "For use only with Braun Series 549 class 2 Power unit" or "For use only with Braun Series 521 class 2 Power unit". The "Series 521" or "Series 549" number is not the shaver model number, but is the power supply number. The number you need is the FOUR DIGIT TYPE NUMBER found on the body of the shaver or under the slide up trimmer with the word "type" next to it as highlighted in yellow above.
